Carb float height tool Z-SERIES

The special tool for measuring the float height level on the 650/750/900/1000 models. This is for the models with the brass SCREW ON THE SIDE OF the float bowl.

This tool is screwed into the bottom of the float bowl on Mikuni VM22/24/26/28 through the drain plug hole. with the petrol tap switch on and the pipe next to the carb the actual level of the fuel can be seen in the float, which is critical to good running.

Many Suzuki GS models used these carbs so the tool will be good for them as well.

We now know, thanks to a helpful customer, that this tool is also suitable for Mikuni BS38s as used on Z750 twins
